Upper Control Arms contacting your coil overs?

Can't get your vehicle into proper alignment specs with 2-3" of lift?

Looking to ditch the stock ball joint setup for a much stronger uniball UCA?

    TOTAL CHAOS has you covered!

TOTAL CHAOS - 2007+ Toyota Tundra Upper Control Arm (UCA - #87500)
    http://www.chaosfab.com/2007-2013-Toyota-Tundra-Upper-Control-Arm-Suspension-Kit-87500.html

    - 100% Bolt-On UCA constructed of 4130 Chromoly.

    - Designed with added caster. When you lift a vehicle with factory upper control arms the wheel will move towards the rear of the vehicle (negative caster). With negative caster you will often have wandering or darting of the vehicle. The TOTAL CHAOS UCA's have positive caster built-in for lifted applications. This allows vehicles with 2.5-3" lifts to get back into factory alignment specs.

    - TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball's also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.

    - Custom profile upper and lower hi-misalignment spacers maximize droop wheel travel and are machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel. Will allow for up to 2" of additional wheel travel when paired with extended travel coil over shocks.

    - Urethane bushings reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings

    - 2 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.

    - Complete grade 8 hardware kit is included.

    OPTIONAL HEIM PIVOT UPGRADE (#87500-H)

    - TC includes 3/4" chromoly heim joints for the pivots.
    - Heim upper control arms are fully adjustable to allow maximum tuning of caster and camber
    - Designed for use on 6" or higher drop bracket lift kits.

when those are paired with OEM king shocks, do they provide more travel or only when the top out spacer in the OEM kings are removed? I hear these have had noise in some snowy areas, is that a common complaint?

Sorry about the delay - our shop is out on vacation 6/22-7/08 :)

KING's OEM shocks do provide additional travel in the front when paired with the TOTAL CHAOS arms. The exact number depends on how much pre-load or lift you're after.

Areas that see snow often see road salts, mag chloride, or other harsh chemicals which can be harder on bearings and other components. Keeping these components clean and lubricated is key to lasting long and keeping everything quiet. A little TLC goes a long way.

    *** IMPORTANT ***

Please watch this video before greasing your TOTAL CHAOS UCA's. DO NOT pump grease into the UCA without loosening the thru-bolt. Failure to do so will result in bushing damage and require bushing replacement.

Is that heim pivot arm good for use on a lift under 6"?

It sure is - the heim pivot Upper Control Arm can be used on 2-3" lift and larger lift applications (6"+)

The added caster and camber adjustment is great for the larger lift applications, but also helps for those looking to fine tune their alignment.

It's a little different. The Heim Joints are lubricated with a Dry PTFE Lube where the Urethane Bushings get pumped with Synthetic Grease (we recommend Super Lube Synthetic Grease with Syncolon)

Everything I own is TC equipped, Tundra has 58k on the uppers with the original uniball. I went stupid and greased the bushings wrong and messed them up, just wish y’alls stock length lowers for the Tundra were more affordable...

    Repost from @5.7TRDProm

Finally got around to order and put on some UCA and so long to the stock arms! I was on a long debate between the Camburg Kinetik Billets and Total Chaos ones only because of the suspension setup I am trying to put together down the road. Ended up with Total Chaos UCA and also bed stiffeners and I'm glad I did.
