I just got a stock suspension kit from a 2017 Limited. It has the Blue/yellow shocks. Are these better than my 2016 SR5 shocks? Worth a swap?

Blue/yellow shocks are, as far as I know, TRD Off-road package shocks.

They ride firmer than regular SR5 shocks and perform better off road. Obviously not as good as expensive kits, but they are definitely better than the SR5 shocks off road. If you want smooth ride on road, stay with the ones you have now.

I swapped those same shocks/coilovers in for awhile until I had the extra money for my OME setup. They were OK off road. Basically good enough to get by with for a while.

I don't know if I would worry about swapping those out for the difference you will see. If you are handy and doing it yourself, possibly, but I definitely wouldn't pay someone to swap the stock sr5 shocks for the stock trd's.

They will fit and would be a great option if you are looking for replacements or to freshen up/for some high mileage units. Not much as far as an improvement over the stock units you have if you are comparing side by side to one another.

Not worth labor cost if not replacing worn components, but they are a little better than the black shocks
