It won’t sound as good as in person but that’s ok. Mine sounds much better in person then on the video!

I took advantage of the free shipping. Ordered the standard budget system earlier today.

I have a 7/8" combo, and it sounds exhilarating.. The best mod I've done on my truck.

    Not nearly enough room here!
We probably don't tow as much as some here but my 10" system from Keith (with Resonator) is exactly the sound I was looking for. Our vacation trip every year is close to 500 miles each way while towing our boat. With a full bed-load of gear and 3-4 people in the cab, if this system droned, our trip would be pretty nerve-racking!

Just installed my 8"BAM 45 minutes ago, and I have to admit it exceeded my expectations. 35 minutes to install, 35 minutes of driving around flooring it as much as possible, and wow it makes our trucks sound like a real truck. It doesn't sound like the idiot down the street who wakes up the neighbors every morning or the idiot you can hear two counties over, it sounds perfect! People will stare at you not like who's the idiot, more like damn that truck looks and sounds great. Drive thru , no problem at all.. Its almost like having a sleeper, no one knows what ya got till ya punch it.. Also I agree you can not get the feel of the exhaust with a recording you have to see(Hear it) it in person.

You guys at Dirty Deeds nailed it!

How difficult was it to install? Can it be done in a driveway? A local mechanic quoted me 120 for the install. I will be receiving my system in June. Still not sure if I will pay someone to do it.

I have the 8" system and install is pretty simple if replacing the factory system. The hardest part was removing the rubber hangers but is still very easy with WD40 and a pair of channel locks. Other than that it's just loosening the exhaust bolts. I did it myself in the driveway, took about 30 minutes.

Also, install can be done w/o blocks right? I have a driveway with a slight incline.

Yes easily done in a driveway. The key is WD40 on the hangers and bolts. I had to use jack stands, due to my comfort level, under my differential so that I could easily get to the exhaust bolts. But I can see it being done without. My son which is 100 lbs lighter than me easily scurried around under the truck with out it being up on jack stands.
Very easy job, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being oh hell no, it was a 2 Very easy. But I did have a problem with the 4 bolts connecting the two pipes together , they were hard to loosen with a regular socket wrench so i had to get a longer handle socket wrench and use it like a breaker bar and they came out easily.

Oh and ignore the burning oil smell after install, its your WD 40 burning off.. :)

You guys that don't live in the great salt belt are freaking lucky!!!!!! I hear all this "takes an hour" stuff. My nuts were so rusty it took me forever, wd40, pb blaster (every day for 3 days before install), impact gun, torch, special bolt removal sockets, new bolts....all this on a 2015 with 28k miles on it. Thanks Connecticut for loading the road with corrosive chemicals every winter. As you can tell my nuts are still rusty or salty or whatever you wanna call it. Lol but I got it done and it sounds BA

I installed mine a couple weeks ago, 2018 purchased in December. I live in SC so salt is not an issue. I have zero mechanical experience and was able to do this in 30 minutes, not including the time it took me to drive to a muffler shop so they could cut a 2 inch hole in tailpipe for resonator. I used WD and the claw of a hammer to loosen rubber hangers. I have a 2.5 in leveling kit and larger tires but this was done in my driveway with nothing else. I do wish I had driven it around for a week or so before installing resonator. I guess I’m old cause it was too loud stop light to stop light without it. Good luck you won’t be disappointed.

Ok here’s the clip for just the 6” without the tailpipe and resonator. I drove around for a few weeks like this, it was loud and I loved it but the drone inside was getting to me. Well that failed every time I tried uploading it wouldn’t work. Any ideas
