I have a Gator FX tri fold bed cover and according to the manufacturer I can load up to 300 pounds on top of it. The problem is that there is no good way to secure that potential cargo. I would love to have a rack system like this...

---except that my tri-fold wouldn't be able to open with this on. SO, my though is to get bed rails but I don't want the standard pipe/tube rails. I am hoping some of you know if anyone makes a multi-anchorpoint rail that can bolt to the bedrail. My cover is flush mount so there is a lot of space to bolt a rail. Hoping to find something that looks cool and is versatile sort of like the side of this rack...

    Any suggestions???

Build your own, or have a fab shop make one. I am doing that as we speak.

The thought did cross my mind, I just don't know if I can build them (haven't ever done anything like that) and I fear that having them custom made will cost a small fortune.

Look at KB Voodoo they make a utility rack that would work.

Yeah, I saw this one but don't like how it looks. Kinda sticks up too much. Plus it starts at $750. Hoping to spend way less.

This is one of the reasons I sold my BakFlip Mx4 and bought a Diamondback HD. No regrets.
