Me too, it’s very accurate. I get more elaborate than that while performing an alignment, but that’s double checking after test ride. TC uppers make it super easy, put a socket on the uniball bolt, stick the angle gauge on the socket = caster number. Hardest part is truck must be level, I use a laser transit that is very accurate.

The one thing I will say because I didn't see it mentioned in any of the previous comments, specifically called out I should say,

Vehicle will pull to the side with the least positive caster.

Being you were less positive pass side doesnt help the case that road crowns against you as well.

Obviously its fixed now, but yes - vehicle will typically pull to the side with the least positive caster.

For you guys with good alignment #'s.. are you sure the road is perfectly flat? Even a little bit of road crown will make a truck pull

its currently set up to drift right a tiny bit. LikeRon said you want it the other way around. Also swap front tires side to side and see how it drives.

    Good luck

Looks good now. It's amazing how many young guys don't know what the number mean but everything can be in the green so they call it good.

A proper alignment should pull slightly to the right. The reason for that is if you fall asleep the manufacturers for liability reasons want your vehicle to veer slightly right to go off road instead of in to oncoming traffic. It shouldn't pull hard right just work its way over there.

Good evening ARamirez73 First off I liketo THANK YOU for ur sevice to ourcountry. I looking at getting the sameset up as yours. I am very new to the Tundra world. I am going with a 6 inch RC with upgrade struts in the front.295/65/20 Nitto Ridge grappers. I will be towing a 24’ pondtoon about 7500lbs. This will be my daily ride. I seen whereyou posted about drift and pulling to one side and wanted to get ur input on howur truck is doing with that lift and anyissues. Didn’t know if it was the lift or tires. So for so many questions but mylast truck F350 I did a leveling kit and it was all over the road!!!! It’s sucked. Anyhelp please thank you again sir. Did you have to replace ur uppers and lowers?

Having a similar issue. Just installed Toytech Boss 3 inch lift. Had a local shop mount/balance and align the new wheels and tires and its pulling slightly to the right. I also notice some steering wheel wobble at about 50-55mph that goes away when I speed up. Doesn't that usually indicate balancing issues? I haven't tried rotating the suspected offender yet. Will try that this evening after work. Certainly no master at understanding alignment specs so hoping someone can help me out here. I want to get my information straight so I can find out whats going on and talk to the shop to see whats going on. Any help is much appreciated. Sucks to have something like this ruin the excitement of new lift/wheels/tires. 20190221_100006.jpg

When I had lift kit put on the aliment shop had to center up the hub on the rim. It was off center and that will make the steering wheel feel wobbly. That is what y’all the aliment told and after they did that it doesn’t do it anymore. With that being said the shop that installed my kit and the shop did the aliment works hand in hand. So they knew what to do and they do a ton aliments. Maybe you might want to try a different alignment shop. I have right @ 1000 miles on lift and alignment and so far no issues. Good luck!!

I’m having a similar issue. The right side is pulling. When I let go of the steering wheel I see the wheel slightly start moving to the right.

I have 33’s. New lift with Icon coilovers and Camburg UCA’s. My mechanic and alignment at the dealership mentioned that larger tires move more to the right due to the drainage angel built in the roads. Is this normal to have a slight pull to the right?

I'll try to have them shoot for that. Do you think think the. 5 bias in caster is what's causing the pull? What about the difference of .5 of camber. Seems high to me I usually see people within a tenth or two

Thanks Watt Maker. I’ll ask my dealership mechanic if they can redo it for free and fix it.

Makes sense. Right now I'm sitting the opposite. What is a good range for caster? In the 2.0 range? Thanks again for your input. It gives me the knowledge to make sure they get it right

I just had my 3.5” lift done 3 days ago. Went to Oriellys to show my buddy and he noticed the tires are like this .. \ /. You can’t tell until you step back about 50Ft. Went back to the shop and they said it was all in spec when they aligned it but there’s no way it’s in spec. Curious to see what they find

Not right now. That’s the specs from rough country. I’m wondering how different they are from factory specs

Here’s a picture. It look worse the further you back up. Rough country help me isolate the problem. When you change your UCA’s you have to use the alignment numbers in their instructions.. which the shop didn’t do but they are correcting in Monday .

They all said the eccentrics were maxed out. Ordered a set of SPC adjustable upper control arms. I don’t really like the offset ball joint but they came highly recommended
