Are the Bilstein Trd Pro Shocks rebuildable?

    Yeah cause they want you to spend $2000 to replace them. But I have heard they are rebuildable. I’m sure you just need to find the right guy. I forget which thread it was in but I swear @ColoradoTJ Was talking about it the other day.

    It might be worth looking into a shop that does motorcycle/dirtbike shock rebuilds. I’ve met a few and they seem to know their shit. I bet if you can come up with the parts and fluid they could make it happen.

    Calibrated Power 5 Tune pack, Allison 1000 tune, PPE deep trans pan, Cold/Hot CAC pipes, Banks CAI, PCV reroute, resonator delete, S&B 62 gal fuel tank, B&W GN hitch
    TRD Pro shocks are not rebuildable. They are sealed and capped, all rights are TRD divisions. If the shocks are toast, look into some of the top brands. King/Fox/Icon/Toytec with Radflow/ADS etc...

    Most Bilstein shocks are rebuildable, just not the TRD Pro Shocks. I just got off the phone with Bilstein USA, and told me this exact thing.

    This is kind of the plan I had when my soon to be acquired and installed used pro shocks eventually wear out. I’ll look into something even more awesome when the time comes.
