Tough call deciding whether 2nd is preferable to 3rd....either way....not enough sleep....

I worked 3rd shift for a few years and loved it. I was single though . I loved being able to go play some golf or fish. Take care of your running around. 10 % differential pay was nice to.

Worked 3rd shift for about a year out of college. After one close call of almost wrecking my car at 7:30am(that sun staring you straight in the face driving east home in the morning can make you sleepy lol), I said no more to that bullshit. Also I don't get how some of my co-workers could do the stay up til 3 or 4 in the afternoon, get some sleep, then wake up at like 10pm and then go to work at 11. I was always in the sack before 8:00am, up by 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
