Toyota Care Plus Thoughts?

    Happy Firday All!!!

    I just bought a 2018 TRD Sport CM truck and at the dealership I signed up for the Toyota Care Plus 5 year/75k. What are everyone's thought on the plan? Worth it or not?

    I can can cancel within 30 days and have the money I paid applied to the principal.

    Not opposed to doing my own maintenance work but the convenience and additional services provided aren't terrible.

    *Side notes*
    Super pumped to be a part of the Tundra family. Already have a tint scheduled, consol organizer, stubby antenna, trd exhaust, and tonneau on order.

    Yeah that's why I'm a little weary about keeping the contract I usually only drive around 9k a year. But the extended tow service, flat tire, gas etc is pretty handy stuff. Not sure we resolved this but thank you for your input friend.

    My plan is to drive this truck into the ground. I will be retired in 10 years and want to have a reliable vehicle that will last a long time so I don't have to have a car payment eating into my pension.

    I either listen to XM radio or bluetooth on my phone. Can't stand local radio so I just ordered this to get rid of the big ass antenna. Reviews say it sucks but idk haven't installed it yet. Gets in tomorrow.

    The dealer I bought my truck from kept dropping the price on Fidelity warranty services. It got pretty pathetic. Wish they would have dropped the truck price as quickly.

    They never offered once a Toyota Care warranty. My mom just renewed her Toyota Care on her Venza. It seems pretty clear cut, they will fix what broke. Can't beat that!

    I believe toyota care plus is prepaid maintenance, not extended warranty. Not worth it.
