I just bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra platinum. I have no sound out of navigation or radio. I have the jbl headunit. I took it into a local audio shop and they said they thought it might be a software issue. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Not looking forward to buying a new headunit. So hoping for other options. Thanks for your help! Cheers

    Welcome from CA

Do 2nd gens have a factory amp? Did the shop make sure that a fuse wasn't blown?

Yes it has a factory amp. They checked that along with the speakers and everything is working. No blown fuses
