5100's are a good choice. I don't think your gonna need that kit. You should be able to reuse your top hat and bushings being you have a 16. 1" block is fine, though it's recommend to use a tapered block. If your off roading , then shackles would foot the bill. If your gonna set the front @ max height, as I mentioned in your tire post, you could move up to a 33" as long as you don't go with a wide tire. Post pics when you get it done.

No problems with 1” rear block and your new shocks. Stay away from shackles if you haul loads and use your truck as a truck.

What spring would you need if you wanted to assemble 5100's and keep your stock coilovers intact? Does anybody sell just the factory spring or would you be money ahead and get 6112's?

I think that with the added cost of springs you would not be much less than 6112's assembled. Do you need to keep the stock shocks assembled? I did 5100's and the ride is better than stock so I would not go back.

I don't really need the stocks assembled but thought it would be nice to have them around in case they would be needed for a quick swap. If I decide 6112's I will either buy them assembled or buy a top cap and assemble them myself.

Stock springs are 700lb and the 6112 springs are 650lb. If you are going to keep both I think the 6112's are a better option IMHO.

At the 1.71" middle setting and a .50" shim on each side totaling 2.21", would a bump stop extension kit and diff drop be necessary?
