Also, according to some the driver's side has the battery, and gas tank which adds additional weight.

Is it pretty much level? Or would it be better with the two shims on front?

Yea its pretty much level. I think coach sells shims in the .25" thickness and most guus use 2 shims. For the Pros he offered a .5" shim which yields 1.0" lift. Hit up coachbuilder, he'll get you squared away.

What do those bumper shims do? What are they for?

1 shim up front and +2 shackle in the rear. Still a great ride and a much better stance. Clears the 295 70 18s with a bmc and pushing the front liner forward.

It pushes the bumper forward .5" this is a huge amount when it comes to getting "just enough to not rub" vs "yeah it rubs a little..."
    IMG_20180122_161845.jpg
Two .25" spacers... Equal .5" total.

Id like to thank you @trdpro144 for putting this thread together, I stumbled upon it today and am happy to see so many of our PRO guys post their trucks.. As of now we've had the opportunity to setup just over 400 TRD PROs and have gotten priceless feedback over the years from many. If you have any specific questions or need pics of a PRO in any color please let me know. Thanks guys! David 801-635-4872

Good to see you on here David. I run your spacers up front and shackles out back. Couldn't be happier with both the look and the ride. Keep up the good work

Just ceck out build thread in sig
Seems like some sort of magic trick how you fit 35 twelve fifties under there...

Here's my Pro with Ekstrom's Coachbuilder shims and shackles. 3+ Shackles with Carrier Bearing Drop Kit + Rear Poly-Bushings Kit, with Coachbuilder Front Strut Shim x4 (2-Left, 2-Right). With this setup I could easily clear 295/70r18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's.

    upload_2018-6-14_22-57-26.jpg

    upload_2018-6-14_22-58-14.jpg

When I was ready to move up to 35x12.50's, I needed a little extra lift to get there without any mods (body/cab mount chop). Shims up front ended up coming out, but the 3+ Shackles with Carrier Bearing Drop Kit + Rear Poly-Bushings Kit remains.

Quick Q. Does anyone know if adding CB shims/shackles will void any part of the warranty?

20180701_205554.jpg 20180701_205632.jpg A bit delay on the update... but have the CB +3 on now for 500+ miles now. Overall happy with the install. Ride is nicer with the poly bushing and overall stance is cleaner especially with the ARE cap. Diffently improve the squat when towing and help with stop and go take off now that there is some rake up front. Looking forward to see how it handles on dirt and rock this coming hunting season. Stay tune!

Never official weigh but my guess is around 1500lb. It's a 17' Lowe Fish & Ski. From my experience.... don't take much for the Pro to squat.

TRD PRO suspension with Coachbuilder TRD PRO lift kit. 2019 TRD PRO black led headlights with IHacker wiring harness. TRD duals. TRD PRO grille. ARE Z series matching topper. SCS Ray 10’s. General Tire X3’s 295/70r18 tires. Spray in bed liner.
Well, today was finally the day my TRD PRO suspension got installed along with Coachbuilder TRD PRO setup which consists of strut shims up front, +3 shackles out back, steering kit, bump stops and carrier bearing drop kit. Just need to get it in for a alignment now.
