I currently have a Border Collie, Moe, he is the second BC we have had in the past 15 years. I can tell you this they are very intelligent, highly motivated, and very affectionate, and loyal, espeacially with children, as long as they are introduced as a puppy. They must have a yard or room to run in, they have to much energy to be stuck in an apartment, my wife and I love the breed.

My dog lays on the deck and watches as the wild Turkeys raid her dog-food bowl. She is as lazy as the Turkeys are stupid.

Could be that your dog doesn't like turkey. Maybe you are spoiling your dog with beef based dog food. Turkeys are a last resort. I wonder if dogs think turkey tastes like chicken... :rolleyes:o_O:rofl:

My dog epitomizes the term "that dog won't hunt"
