I highly recommend it, especially for you Bones. It's really easy to apply, I mean really easy. It lasts longer than wax too, spray on and spray off. It's not cheap but everything about it makes it worth it. Like Steve said you can buy the hydro2 lite, which is prediluted or you can buy the concentrate and dilute it yourself with distilled water, which is what I do because in the long run it's cheaper. I started using this at the recommendation of Steve and I'm very glad I did. Just follow the directions, dilute down as a pretty weak concentration in the shade, and do not apply to a hot car. You'll love it .

You’ll love it. The way the morning dew beads up on the truck is a work of art.

Ok, what needs to be done before applying Hydro2? clay bar, wax or just wash? My truck is black and has some swirl marks.
Thanks, you guys are awesome, SBS, Pudge and Newm

At the very least it has to be washed well.
Ideally you would give it a clay bar treatment once a year maybe? If you want to get the swirl marks out you'll need to polish/buff it I believe but not sure.
I normally just wash it like I normally do then apply the hydro2 after it's good and clean. In the next month or so I plan to wash, clay, wash and use hydro2 last but will likely only be able to do that once a year which I think is fine.

Just make sure the wheels aren't hot and you apply the hydro2 in the shade. You'll love the stuff!
