    So I fired up a cooker and rubbed a butt and put that glorious butt on the cooker and finally got it wrapped. Now for about a 3-4 hour wait

    Damn it’s freaking awesome here today. The weather is near perfect

    Internal temps hit 200, but going to let it ride out the rest of the coals in the cooker. Down to a small pile, got all the ash knocked off and the bottom cleared out, air is moving freely again thru the grill.

    I want this slab o meat goodness to literally fall the F apart just by looking at it..

    I will be using ciabatta rolls for the buns this time..

    Beer is cold and has tested pretty good, got to bulk up on millers next time instead of bud.

    And temp in the cooker started to drop below 200

    So I removed the wrapped meat o goodness and probed the temp
    Here it is resting till I pull this goodness to bitsies
