Yep i think Mayfield has a chance to be really good. Has the passion for sure and loves football.

 

ESPN and i think Fox... Round 1 is Thursday night at some point, goes Friday and Saturday as well.

 

I am a Pat's fan, don't hate, and hoping we go defense first tow picks of the first, and offense maybe qb in second. I just don't watch enough college or paid attention to NFL Network to know what's going on with players.

 

IF Rosen or Lamar Jackson fall to the Pats first first round pick i could easily see that being their pick. Seems like a lot of chaos in their house lately. I could see Brady ( and gronk) leaving after this year. start the rebuild one year early rather then one year late

 

As is the Patriot way. As a fan I have mixed feelings. Star players don't get star treatment unless named Brady. I get it, keeps the team competitive, as evidence of the last 18 years, but man it's hard to see them go play a few more good years elsewhere like Wilfork did.

Yea my Broncos just got Chubb to pair with Von Miller and Shane Rey. Game on!!

 

Oh i'm watching.... I like the Browns picks.... Giants did well.... Denver did amazing, like you said pair Miller with Chubb. Indy with a great pick as well.

 

First trade, Allen going to Buffalo. Think thats pretty good for them, can play in poor weather. As long as they don't play him too soon

 

Giants and Broncos drafted great players. Mayfield's is questionable and darnold and Allen is as well IMO

 

Wondering who the Silver & Black will take. Most mock drafts have them taking Smith from Georgia. Surprised Denver didn't take a QB, but a great pick with Chubb

 

My bears just took Smith! Dude is a monster

 

All of the QB's in this draft have some issues i do agree. It all depends for me what team/system they are going into. I think all of these guys need to sit a year.

 

Raiders traded.... Probably wanted Smith or there are 5 players with roughly the same grade hence the trade.

I agree that he could be, throws a great ball.... his concussion history really scares me. In this day and age it could be a very short career for him.

 

I'm thinking now they are going away from def and take Vita if he's there. Gruden wants to protect Carr.

I honestly don't know who the next OL would be and if its a bit of a reach at 15. But the Raiders already scored some extra picks so not a huge issue to reach a little

Some good picks for sure for Denver and Buffalo. We shall see what Cleveland's picks do, but they are promising. Hardest part is waiting for your teams picks in later rounds. Giants could make a good turn around too if the can get a good oline guy with their rb to help Eli

 

Alright... GB trades back up (haven't seen the trade) and select Alexander... skilled guy, fast, great punt returner so depending on what they gave up i like it.

 

Probably a swap of 1st and onther pick later.

 

gave up a third.... so moved back 4 picks for a 3rd and received a 1st next year (and some later picks) overall i'm very happy with that

 

So Rougan Smith was the Raiders 1st pick in 90% of all mock drafts. When Denver picked Chubb, which is a tremendous pick, Gruden changed gears to get someone to protect Carr on his blind side. Hell it's enough just dealing with Von. Overall a solid pick and best tackle in the draft Raider Nation !!!

 

I think it was more that Smith was gone already but you can never have enough good lineman.

 

Yeah I hear ya. Solid pick , plus the 2 draft picks they git from Arizona. Just heard they traded that 3rd round they got to Pittsburgh for Martavious Bryant WRwin

 

Good luck with that now you’ve got DaMarcus Ware Jr to deal with.

 

Z, them Raiders will be ready for the Broncos. I'm surprised they didn't take a QB, but that's not gonna matter when Mack is wrecking havoc in that backfield. Hahaha.
