Do you actually offroad or just want the lift for looks? Do you tow a lot?

No problem with your sways at that height.

At what height lift does it become a problem?

I personally got some nasty noise when the front went quickly to full droop quickly (hitting a speed bump fast) when I was close to 4" of lift. Removing the sway helped a lot but didn't completely eliminate the noise. So, IMO around 4" front you might consider longer end links.
I've SEEN on the forum, not done myself, a stock rear sway on 6"
