 on the C.C. Haven't shot the 29. It's a Glock Pocket Rocket with them 10nm. Can't go wrong with any Glock Eric .

My only recommendation is lots of range time. Muscle memory is a must, get to know your EDC extremely well. Caliber and weapon is a personal choice, maybe go to a range and rent a few different cal pistols. I like Glock and Sigs. Keep in mind 9mm is reasonable in price and widely available.

Shoot at least once or twice a month if you can and take a tactical pistol training class. Good luck!

    Currently I own a Glock21, Taurus milG2 and a SCCY CPX1, along with a AR10 And 15.

The Taurus is a piece of shit, 6 misfires in the first 200 rounds (not even touching the primer) After I cleaned it the safety started to malfunction:mad::mad::mad: love the size and feel of the G2 but a gun must GO BANG when trigger is pulled.

the SCCY CPX1 I bought for my GF but she hates it, the gun itself seemed very well made except the sites were off and my most recent trip to the range I had 3 failed to eject problems with the gun...:(:(.

I went to trade them in at the range and they offered me $35 for BOTH guns, that was my final lesson about "inexpensive" guns.

The reason I have chosen the 10mm is because it seems powerful all around, 220 grain in a carbine and you have decent white tail deer (so I've read) and small game rifle and a 180 rgain HP you have a powerful defense round for a pistol. I am still learning so there maybe better options out there.

The pic is my most recent trip to the range with the afore mentions guns range was 75ft,upper right corner is Taurus milG2, center is SCCY CPX1. I am more accurate with my Glock 21.
