I got an extra large micro fiber towel and I dry it like it’s the end of the world so I don’t get those damn water spots!

I use sealants it’s synthetic and last a lot longer than waxes. At least 6 months protection. I use chemical guys ones cause they are super easy to apply and the results are great and do really last a long time!

Is your leaf blower weak? My STIHL BR700 does the job nicely. If I didn't have it, I'd use my ABSORBER:
    https://www.amazon.com/CleanTools-41149-Absorber-Synthetic-Chamois/dp/B0000AY3X8?ref=ast_p_ei It works great too.

I use the MF towels, one in each hand. I found that the wash soap makes the biggest difference especially if you use a blade or leaf blower. FYI, you would think Rain-X carwash would work good but it sucks ass.

Collonite 845 is my go to. Very easy to apply and remove. I also use 476 to get me through the winter. Thats a little harder to apply and remove but greater durability.

As for drying towels this is my favorite. i have been using this brand for 20 years probably

I’ve been wanting to post about this. But was kinda lazy.

Get yourself a California Blade. Everytime I go to the car wash I see some poor guy or gal using a microfiber towel... I always offer them to use my California Blade and they’re amazed.

Use the California Blade (silicone blade) first to remove 90% of the rinse water. Then use a chamois towel to dry the excess water. It will cut your drying time by more than half. And it will keep off the water marks. Ive been using my same California Blade for 10 years. No lie.

@Johnathand these always get a bad rap for scratching paint. Do you have any issues with that?

I can’t seem to find the “M’therF’kin” brand on Amazon? My blower sucks.

What are you all using for wax/polish in 2018?

I use the same thing and love it!

I have been using mine for years on all my cars and have zero issues with scratching.

I can not see any way that a soft silicon can scratch the paint. It’s as soft as a spaghetti noodle. I’ve never had any scratch issues. As long as the surface is wet. It slides on like cold butter on a hot pancake....

    Now I want some pancakes.
