    Some suspension tweaks
You just haaaaaaad to show me those, didn't you David? ;)
I think when I'm due for my next oil change/tire rotation I'll get a get a price from you. They can swap those and redo the alignment at the same time.

Still happy with the results from my carrier drop, and the only thing holding me back from ordering the shackles you gave me info on is needing to press the current bushings out. I'll need to make some kind of tool for that.

Sure, keep taking my money. (It's all good!)

The rubber bushings do come out pretty easy. I've had some build pullers but if you have advanced auto, Napa or auto zone in your area a ball joint press tool is definitely the ticket. Even had some use a air hammer. Nice thing is after the poly bushings are installed the rear suspension can cycle much smoother.

I am curious to know what people are spending on front shim installs. The steering and rear shackles look like they can be done at home fairly easy.

Hello, The Bilstein coilover does need to come out completely but only long enough to place the shims above the top plate. Normal removal and install should take 1.5-2 hrs. If the shop has done the install before they would be able to install a touch quicker. installation of the entire system is very straight forward and normally take about 4 hrs from start to finish. If you're considering installing yourself feel free to give me a call and will gladly go over it with you. thanks!

Hey David, spoke with you on the phone a while back regarding lift for 17 TRD; I cannot remember anything.... I am on road 95% but want option to expand a bit to hit some trails down here in San Diego while maintaining highway ride quality.
The truck has 6k miles and I will be executing this suspension mod when current tires are worn enough to convince lovely wife its time for new ones- trying best to wear tires down. The truck came with Asanti off road AB807 wheels (20x9 5x150 ET: 40) and NITTO Terra G2 275/55R20. I would like to keep the wheels but upsize in tire without having to cut the frame.

I believe we discussed 6112s with 2 shims driver side and one shim passenger side. Also, 5160s or 5100s rear w/ 3" shackle. Can you tell me:
    - which setting on front?
    - most tire I can fit without cut?
    - Will I need bump stop extension front?
    - Will I need front bumper shim?
    - Will I need diff drop?
    - Steering Kit?

    - I am planning on getting rear sway bar- will is need to be extended with this lift?

I believe you mentions allowing for slight rake with height slightly higher in rear to prevent and issues with ECU. Also that in the end truck would have 3" front and 1.75" rear.

Thats all I can think of now. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
