So it’s official. I got my truck today. And first mod is done. Topper installed. I also picked up a new trailer while I was in Idaho Falls. Need more room for tools. Let the fun begin.

I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture when I picked it up or before the topper got installed.

I went with a leer topper. My dogs have grown up with the topper and since I sold my old Tudra they don’t want to get in my grandpas 97 ford that doesn’t have one. Plus it’s nice to have a truck that has one and one that doesn’t. For the trailer I needed more tool storage. I have all the hand tools and work bench in my 10 footer but now with 2 chop saws on mobile stands an 2 table saws I needed a place to keep them dry at the start of projects. Dogs probably don’t want to go in your grandpas truck because it’s a Ford. :D

Good points on both accounts. Yes we have been working outside since July. And now we are moving inside just as the weather is getting better. At least no more mud to work in. And I did treat my lead guy to a trip to Cabo 2 weeks ago.

Big day today. Lift and level kit going in along with the new wheels and tires. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. Months. 8A663FA2-1339-4C07-ADD4-B3D6F74938E0.jpg

Hopefully all goes well. We should be installing Amp steps as well but 2 snafus have me waiting on Fed X. We’ll see if they show up in time. They are currently in SLC.
