Wow that was a badass truck! I was thinking of trading mine in for a more nimble offroad toy with a little better gas mileage, but its almost paid off and what used to be truck payments will soon be gas and mod monies so im keeping mine.

    It's official - she's gone.

Already have headlights, DRLs, and fog lights on order, need a more negative offset wheel as well. Trying to find the right ones!

Still have the 4runner, no plans to get rid of it. Tired of dropping a few hundred a month on gas and barely ever using the truck as a truck now that we have the 4runner/goat.

Yea, I get it. But you are going from lifting a Tundra to lowering an Avalon! Keep this thread alive. I want to see how that thing looks when you are done.

Lowering, lifting, whatever.. It's all based on the vehicle type and what you want to do with it. I dream of lowered mini-trucks!

Do it! I'm envisioning an Avalon version of your truck. Wheels, lift, roof rack maybe even bumper...

I almost spammed you with PMs the other day, I was working on a project to define a standards and guidelines for technical documentation and needed some information about how to properly convey measurements in technical writing. NIST came to the rescue before I was forced to bother you tho.

NIST site has a lot of good info. NIST's NVLAP site too. ANAB, A2LA sites are also good resources.

Sorry to see the beauty go. I get it though, I sold my beloved motorcycle so I could move my wife and I out of CA back in 2010. Hardest decision I ever made. I actually cried when I saw someone ride off on my bike, check in hand be da**ed. Adulting is hard!
