Welcome aboard. The short answer is yes. Depending upon wheel offset, there might be some fender trimming. I'm running 34/10.5 BFGs with a little over 2.5" dialed into mine. They only rub the frame at full lock. GL.

Seems reasonable to assume if a 10.5” wide tire barely rubs the frame, then a 12.5” one is gonna rub pretty significantly. Haven’t seen hardly any 1st gens running 34’s on 3” of lift myself.

I may go 4 in the front and use lil spacers so they dont rub to bad

I’ve run 32’s with and without wheel spacers, with a 2” wheel spacer they will only frame rub at full turn lock. Without the spacers they will rub everything! Now I just ordered and installed a 3” leveling kit which claims to clear at least 33 inch tires so I’ll let you know what kind of measurements I get

A lot depends on your wheel offset. You can run 35s but you might go through a lot of trial and error making it work. I've seen 35s on LT 1st gens.

Agree, went through a few spacers before I found the best “fit” (still rubs) the only issue you may run into is pushing your wheels out excessively far if you don’t have fender flares

285/75/18 Toyo RT's on 18x9 Method Standards, no rub on frame. Didn't do the BMC.

    I’m betting that’s on a 3rd gen, not a first.

    Oops yes it's a 3rd gen.

I did have a 2005 on 285/70/17 leveled for 12 years. My truck had 2.75" coilovers and a 1" BL. I tried a 285/75/17 for a couple months and it rubbed the frame bad. You need to go over 4" in the front for that tire.

I'm on 295-75-16 with a 2 inch leveling kit. That tire measures out to a 33.4x11.6-16. I had to run spidertrax 1.25 inch spacers to get them away from the upper control arm. I had to cut the front bumper up and the fenders to get them to clear. You will most likely need a 4 inch kit. Not saying it cant be done, but you're going to have A LOT of cutting to do. Plus, you need to check the rims for the right backspace. I'm at 4.26 inches of backpacking on my rims. You try that with a stock rim, it ain't gonna work. Raceline Rockcrusher rims are a decent wheel with I believe 3.71 inches of backspace on their 16x8 rim. They'll stick out, but should clear the upper A arm. Still may need a small spacer though.

The stock rims are ugly anyways.
