How to find written instructions to program key fob?

    2006 SR5 Double cab
    I have a 2666 Tundra SR5 Double Cab. I have purchased another key fob to replace a lost one. It is a two button with a led light on the front and a panic button on the back. The FCC code is: ELVATDD. I have tried all the instructions that I found on the internet and I have yet to be able to get into the programming mode. Is there a place where I can find Toyota instructions to get me into the programming mode. Thank you for any help that you can offer. David
