That's a solid knife. Very nice. I have a couple that are more than 40 years old.

Very cool. I've been stalking ebay lately and scoring pretty good. Mostly Japan steel vintage blades. Also looking at German blades. I like the bigger knives...

Got this one for $12.90 free shipping. It's from the 50s...

I misplaced my Emerson CQC 15 in black so I decided to get a replacement and an add on Cold Steve Kukri Plus

If you guys are looking for a good knife that doesn’t cost much, check out Wartech.
    I bought a balisong trainer a while back. Let’s just say it’s a good thing I didn’t get a real one.

+1 my EDC knives are always Benchmade's with the Axis lock. I LOVE the Axis lock and won't use anything else.

I don't keep a knife in the truck but I do keep a Gerber LMF II in my EDC backpack

Yeah, other than the hiccup I had with my custom order (which they corrected), I love Benchmade. The Bedlam is my favorite, and the Bugout is an awesome little knife. I also really like their sharpener.

Thought you knife guys might like to see these old straight razors. I inherited them from my grandfather who owned a large barber shop starting sometime after the turn of the last century until he died in the 60s. The dark handled one is marked "Wade and Butcher Sheffield" with a German cross. The light handled one has possibly been repaired because it has only "it's steel" one one side and "the" on the other. They are both still wekid sharp. If anyone knows anything about either I would appreciate hearing back.

Always looked at the Sebenza’s and just can’t pull the trigger!
    I’m actually surprised I bought a BM940.
For the dollar, I still believe the Kershaw Blur can’t be beat.
Especially the S30V variant. Great customer service, American made, and tough as nails. And if I lose it, not the end of the world.

I have 2 Blurs, one with drop point and glass breaker, and one tanto

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Blur...best knives I’ve ever owned and survived several years on duty and off....for under $100 depending on blade and vendor...they’re probably the best bang for your buck on the market IMO

Holds an edge amazingly well, takes prying, digging, slicing, and any other task without missing a beat...plus feels great in the hand and is easy and quick to open single handed in an emergency...great grip for those less than dry days too

You guys are a terrible influence. All this talk of Kershaw Knives I had to go check out one of my favorite discount knife websites, GP knives.com. I ended up buying a launch 7 automatic.
