hey guys and gals! i am actually still looking for a tundra to buy but i test drove one today and i loved it! i am switching over from a subaru sti.. it is heavily modded and always breaking down and since me and the wife are about to have our first child i figured having a reliable toyota would be a good way to go! i am living in clarksville currently because i am in the us army as a helicopter mechanic. i am getting out soon and the wife and i havent figured out where were going to move to afterwords. if anyone has any recommendations it would be helpful lol. AND anyone know of a nice tundra for sale? i want a 07 up crewmax. limited is preferred but i can deal without! thanks guys hopefully we will get to know each other more!

Welcome! That's quite the change from a Subaru STI. Good choice though!

haha yes it will be but im sick of it breaking for no reason! i changed the oil and now i cant boost in it! its getting ridiculous. and i replaced the engine at 100000 for no reason cause its a boxer. so toyota is the way to go i think lol! i used to have a 97 tacoma and i was gonna get another but i fell in love with these a while ago and figured might as well get one!

Welcome to the forum. I was originally shopping for a Taco also, but you can't beat Tundra in terms of cab space (especially useful for families).

Congrats on the little one about to enter your life. My second is due in less than 2 months.
Toyota is the way to go if you don't want breakdowns. Tundra is the way to go for power and usefulness.

Welcome from CO. Plenty of space in the crew max for a few kids. Being that it's Valentines Day, pretty sure a few members here will have their hands full 9 months from now and more CMaxes will be sold.

It's a 2008 4x4 with 80000. Which is a lot of miles but it's a Toyota so I'm hoping it still runs like new!
