My homemade pimento cheese dip, I make it every year on Master's weekend. I only use Duke's mayo. I have to order it online because it not available here in the northeast.
Dip is easy to make but oh so good.
The gallon of duke's lasts me all year luckily haha. For those who haven't had duke's I highly recommend you do.
I love this as a dip, or sandwich. It's great on egg sandwiches too and burgers and .... everything. I'll split this into 2 batches and add diced jalapenos to one of them

We’ve been buying Dukes lately. Plenty available at our local Wally World

You're lucky. I buy from Wal-Mart online, they have the best prices and once I went duke's i couldn't go back to anything else.

    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
    1 block of cream cheese I think it's 8oz?
Half a cup of duke's mayo
3 or 4 green onions (scallions) chopped
One 4 oz jar of diced pimento (drain water)
    Salt and pepper
    A few dashes of Worcestershire
A little garlic powder, paprika, cayenne
I mix it with a electric beater, I add pimentos at the end so they don't get smashed up.
I add a half or full fresh diced jalapeno sometimes if everyone is okay with a little heat
Stick it in the fridge for at least an hour after you make it, it's even better the next day.
I like it on white bread or potato rolls
It's amazing on a bacon and egg sammie
Also whatever your favorite cracker is it's gooooood dippin

My wife makes her own pimento dip as well. SO much better than the crap you buy in store. Recipe is about the same as yours but I haven't ever thought to tell her to add jalapenos. That sounds yummy! Thanks Pudge!

Headed to the store, a good thing to make on a cold, rainy Saturday.
