    Hello All,

Hope this is the right category for this question.

Where I live I have the choice between Line-X and Rhino. Wondered what experiences anyone has had with these?

    Happy Trails!

I’d say you’re in the right forum. A ton of guys on here have Line-X, nobody comes to mind right now with Rhino lining. I think @joonbug has Line-X.

I have had Line-X in several of my rigs. Never a single problem. A little pricier, but well worth it in my opinion.

Line-X FTW. Each shop has a little wiggle room on pricing, so shop around if convenient for you. It's been almost a year with mine, and it still looks freshly sprayed.

I have the Line-X with UV protection. It still looks new after 1 year.

I visited a Rhino Hybrid Liner dealer the other day. He switched from applying Line-X to the Rhino Hybrid because his opinion is that the Hybrid is better than the Line-X. He showed me his truck which was done in the Rhino Hybrid and took the the time to explain the process to me. I like the Rhino Hybrid better and that is what I will be going with. Its a little thicker than the Line-X, is applied hot and it is not as grippy as the non-hybrid versions of Rhino lining. It seemed to me to be the perfect combination of Line-X and Rhino lining. Ultimately in my research it seems that both liners are adequate for truck owners who use their bed moderately. What determines the best results is the liner applicator, they must apply it correctly.

Had both factory and Line-X. After What I liked best about the factory was the bolts were sprayed on. I was going to get them sprayed a week later but decided not to because its too much work. They said it was because if you ever need to remove the bed it's easier but honestly if I have to remove the bed I'm getting another truck.

I have had Line-X in multiple trucks. I've loaded a lot of items in all of my truck beds and have never been careful. I've dented the bed without effecting the line-x, it just conforms to the dent.

I do have a place near me that is applying Armadillo Liners now. We use them for a lot of our vehicles, UTV's, and Gators at work. Our work vehicles take a beating and I am equally impressed with this coating. If I have a need for coating in the near future I am going to give Armadillo a shot. They also have some really nice color options for no extra charge.

I had Rhino Liner in an older ford ranger, it peeled, chipped, cracked...I will never use Rhino again.

I have ProCoat, real happy with it. $450 out the door. I'll do it again.

I've had both. I prefer line-x. Its definately a harder product but looks better and IMO more Durable. That said...I went with a bedliner this time because I can toss crap in the back of my truck and not worry about denting it.

Had Line-X sprayed in the day after I bought my truck. So far, very happy with it. Hard to imagine there would be a better product... if the other option is very comparable to Line-X, they are both probably fine products.

Have pics? Looking at getting my bed sprayed soon. Curious about what it would look like color matched to blazing blue

To the guys who have Line-X... Approximately, what did you guys pay, if I may ask?

LineX spray in bed liner I think was about $640... I just got the black one and the guy told me I didn’t need the upgraded special one b/c I was going to have a cover over it.
