I thought I might eventually use this acetylene equipment, but I have no need to since I have a propylene setup and a plasma cutter. So rather than keeping it in a drawer, I have decided to sell. These 4 items have never been used and are in perfect condition.

    Price: 150 plus shipping

Wow, propylene set up. We use that set up burning hull cuts. Although not as hot as acetylene, you can burn at higher pressure. Cool beans. What kind of plasma do you have. I prefer Thermal Dynamics myself.

I like propylene OK. If I didn't have a plasma, I'd just stick with acetylene. My plasma is a hypertherm powermax 45. One thing I don't like about propylene, and maybe it's user error, but it seems like the cuts are never as clean or crisp as other gasses. I learned on acetylene so maybe it's just user error...

It's a different beast, I learned with acetylene myself and prefer it to all gases. It's all on pressure also. If your cutting let's say 1/4"- 1" I use around 8#'s acetylene and 40#'s oxygen, single o to a 1 in tip size. Clean tip after each burn to maintain a good cut. I love working with a torch, preferably a Victor.

Yeah I'm great with acetylene, but a lot of my cuts with propylene end up with me and more grinder time than I like to admit... Ha
