    About the only truck that would get me out of my Tundra would be a Hilux. But it’s not gonna happen, and if it did, the EPA would ruin it with emissions controls and DEF.

    The article is mostly speculation, I don't see that happening. I'm pretty sure they are bringing a diesel engine option to market in the US for at least the 4runner. I'm hearing 2021-2022 for that and not sure other models may get the option
