I have have had my new 18 Tundra for a week and live in Southeast Alaska; we have alot of salt on the roads right now. I've spent a bunch of time scouring this Detailing sub-forum (I'm sure I've missed something on this topic) and have seen alot of treatments for cleaning wheels, but I'm looking for some type of more permanent protection against the salt. Wanna get something on these new wheels before the damage starts. Any suggestions?

Thank you, Steve. If the first is considered a coating and lasts a year, what is the second treatment and how long will it last?

BTW, I grew up in Alabama - what part of Bama are you in?

Well at least your avatar makes sense now! :D Not likely to find many Devils' fans in Dothan lol.

    Again, thanks for your suggestions.
