I really like it. The truck is def more responsive and there is nothing that I can not monitor if I need to.

I tried that, right below the steering wheel but they have a airbag there, so I put it here for now!

Painted calipers. Easy but time consuming to do it right. Kit was good quality and only cost $20 Off Amazon. I know it's not for everyone but I'm digging it. Couldnt see pulling the calipers for powdercoat on a DD so i opted for this route. We'll see how it holds up. Here is before and after shot

Put gas cans in the back to fill up at the station...again...so I can fill the generator...again...because we lost power...again. Weather man is saying a 3rd Nor'Easter is coming early next week too.

I'm so sorry I didn't get back to you about this @mgm16trdpro. I can't believe I haven't posted in almost 2 months! I had been working on a bathroom remodel and then have just been so distracted I haven't been able to check the forum! If this is still relevant, it's the EGR Matte Black Super Guard. $111 on Amazon.

Here's the link - EGR 305395 Super guard Matte https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186FH0E4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_z8AOAb0PFCH7F

It's holding up very well and seems to be doing a great job so far! Sorry again for taking so long to respond, I've been such a slacker!

Almost certainly overkill but best to have it and not need it than vice versa, especially out in the middle of nowhere. Spindle gussets.

I got home today and was letting my truck cool off waiting on my package. My package came and then I got a call to go into work for overtime. Right before I left I put on my TRD oil cap and radiator cap. Then I left, I got my two hour minimum done in under an hour and I came back home. Installed my airflow accelerator. The rest will have to wait till it’s time to change the oil. I’m also going to let the oil filler cap heat cycle a few times before I put the sticker on. So I can get it placed properly

Did you put any gasket type material at the penetration through the fender firewall for the airflow accelerator? I noticed there’s about an 8th inch gap all the way around. Probably negligible how much heat could enter the intake but thought I’d ask.

Does the airflow accelerator work with the stock intake box?

My exact thoughts, at least the way I mounted mine, the gun is secure being when you holster the gun it locks in and has the release button!
