Did you set the leveling motor to zero when you installed them? Also, once installed you need to manually level them. Have you done that?

What I did was set the leveling motors to 0 with my old headlights. I placed tape on a wall/gate in front of where my truck is parked and marked where the tires were so I could replicate the light height when I installed the Spyders. Since I have kids I do not have a surplus of time to spend getting the old headlights out, new ones in, leveled etc. Anyways, I ended up doing it t night to really see the full effect of the lights.

You can manually level the lights but using an 8mm socket(I believe) on the back of the leveling motors once the new Spyders are installed. You will see it. I tightened mine all the way down prior to fully installing the new headlights in the truck(to set the light at its lowest level) and then just slowly brought it up. It takes a while to bring it up to the right height so be prepared for a couple minutes of just swinging the socket wrench back and forth. You have very little space where the leveling motor is and moving the wrench back and forth. I hope that helps. Feel free to shoot me a PM is you need more info.
