Yup, had same random problem with front passenger sensor. First wiped it down, problem went away for a day. Did some google searching, found that it seems to be a somewhat common problem. I ended up removing the inner fender liner, to get to the sensor. "Unclipped" it and reseated. Though I would say, didn't seem loose to start with in the first place. But, no problem since. I found this on the web when I was having my problem. I didn't get a new clip though as it suggests.

Just for reference, sensors shut off and don't beep over a certain MPH. I hate wasting time waiting at the dealer is why I ended up doing it myself. If re-seating them doesn't work, then new sensor likely needed. Sucks though as it looks like both your front sensors are messed up

My front passenger bumper parking warning light and tones started going off with nothing near the bumper. Found a tech letter( http://www.tundraheadquarters.com/blog/toyota-tech-tip-2014-tundra-park-assist/ ) that talked about adjusting the holding clip but that didn't help - Swapped left and right sensors and problem followed to the drivers side. While studying the tech alert letter I found out that the sensor would work if the retaining clip that holds it to the bumper was removed. Re-installing the clip would cause the sensor to show false readings. Close examination of the sensor and pressing on the front caused moisture to come out of the sensor. Doing some googling showed that the sensor has a cover that snaps on and when removed it exposes a rubber boot that covers the sensor. Carefully peeling the boot back showed the sensor was filled with water. As it turns out I had the truck washed at a car wash and the first thing they do is use pressure washer to clean off dirt and bugs and probably using a lot of pressure right on the sensor forcing the water inside. Using a hair dryer, I dried out the sensor, reinstalled it, and it fixed the problem. Using a large trash can I tested and confirmed the senor operated properly and has worked for several weeks' sense. I've driven through rain storms with no further problems.

Had the same problem, took it to dealer and they replaced. They said it was a faulty sensor, if you can believe what they say....

At last check the sensors are not cheap - That's why I decided to tear into mine and further examine it. I'm glad I did - It still works as advertised.

I am glad you were able to fix the problem, mine were still under the warranted period. I am now trying to figure out what front end protection, Bull Bar or Push Bar to install without interference of the sensors. Bull bars do not offer much protection but I am unwilling to go with the larger all steel "Ranch Hand" style

I had the same problem. The dealer told me there was a maintenance bulletin that came down on this issue. They added some new clips to the sensors that moved them back from the bumper. I didn't have a problem until I destroyed a deer and had my front end replaced by the body shop. Apparently they didn't get the memo.
