I got my 10 Inch BA Muffler from Keith, and it sounds quiet, very little drone. But when you punch it, it sounds ferocious. Thanks Keith.

My 6 inch system should be here mid week. I may even have to make time to install it.

6 inch will be louder but seriously, call Keith. He will tell you everything you need to know. The 8" is plenty loud enough for me, even before the headers. Wife, 2 kids.

SS is slightly louder than aluminized steel.

Main difference between 6” and 8” is sound. They both gain 3-10hp an 10-20 tq to the rear wheels over stock.

The 6” can be heard from inside the truck just a little bit during normal acceleration. Where the 8”, you have to really fun it to hear it.

    Call for details. 760-877-4234

Any install tip other than your diy videos?

Just do the steps in the video in the same order as the video and it’ll go easy. No need for jack stands even.

    Thanks Keith.
I think I'll try Friday, it's supposed to be warm and sunny. As for the hole for resonator, @UTTundra sent a hole saw (because hes awesome) along but said it's kinda dull. If that doesn't cut it should I get another hole saw or will a jig saw or sawzall finish the job?

I used a cutoff wheel on a dremel to do part of the job when my drill died. Maybe get some cutting oil or 3-in-1 multi purpose oil make the cutting a little easier.

The other techniques would also work. But a hole saw that is sharp would be sooooo easy.

Install it without the resonators first, drive it, and see if you like it. You may not even install the resonators.

I found a hole saw kit in my grandfather's old tools he left me. I'm pumped. I may drive without resonator for a while but I'm thinking I'll want it a little quieter and less drone. I really wanted an 8" but couldn't pass up the deal I got on this 6". We shall see how it goes

I've got a couple videos of Kieth's dual setup in my build thread. These trucks don't get very loud. The only time I think it's a little loud is when I tow. But even then it's not bad. Definitely no drone.

I’ve had the 8” for about a year or so and love it. I called Keith and we discussed different things, and based on me towing a boat regularly and stuff like that, he recommended the 8”. It is perfect. I installed it w/o resonator first with my plan being to drive it awhile before cutting a hole for the resonator. A year later, still no resonator installed. LOL.
