So I thought I would share my issues and results. I've Been having PCS issues since I've gotten the truck in December. So like many others ive made multiple trips to the dealer. Well fast forward, after being unhappy with the responses and lack of resolve from dealer, corporate and Toyota Technical, I decided to write a letter to the GM. It wasn't mean or nasty just voiced my concerns and hoped we could solve the problem. I had told corporate previously I was willing to work with dealer to resolve issue, instead of asking for a refund and going buy something else. I was advised that they "would take care of me" for working with them.

On Feb 13 my dealers GM called me to advise he received my letter and wanted to let me know he was passing it on to the service manager. I was contacted later that day by the service manager, and was told he would come up with a plan and call me back. On Friday, Fed 16, I received a call asking me to bring the truck in on Monday and leave it for a couple days. I agreed to all this and was there bright and early Monday morning. I had great communication with this service manager with a daily phone call or text letting me know what was being done and where we were at in the process.

I went and picked up my truck this past Monday the 26th. I have yet to receive the error code or see the PCS light turn off. Which leads me to believe the new sensor and adjustment has fixed my issue.

All this brings me to about an hour ago, when I received a phone call from Toyota Corporate. We discussed the situation and went over everything that happened. I was then thanked and advised for being a loyal customer and working with them, they were going to compensate me for 1 month. I was instructed to send over a copy of my bill or screen shots from online account. Here is a screen shot of the email I received after sending said info.

Great customer service and Toyota made it right. I have always said that being patient and polite goes a long way instead of getting frustrated and start arguing which usually doesn't get you anywhere.

Sweeeet! I think Toyota did the right thing. You've spent more time fixing your truck than most of us will over the next 10 yrs. It seems fitting you should be compensated.
