Pro Comp Lift, towing mirrors, Fuel rims, Toyo A/T, Nav, Viper remote start

So i bought a turn signal that says its a runing light as well. It only had 2 wires though. Im connecting this to my tow mirrors. I will show it off when im done Will it hook up as a running light?
