    I am planning on a brisket cook and using this rub vs the dry smoking rub I normally use

    I also did not use any mustard on the ribs just a little vegetable oil.

    And done. Enjoy.
    That new run was freaking awesome.
    Smoke these with only the rub.
    I did wrap them for 45 minutes and did not add the usual honey and brown sugar. Only the ribs and the rub. Outstanding.
