Don't understand, uses same mounting brackets and bushing as the stock Frt. sway bar but almost double the weight? How can it be that it is uses the same diameter bushings and brackets without being larger in diameter, but it is heavier?? Lead, magic, or maybe its the red paint......? Are they both the same dia, or longer in length??

I don't think (or hope) Toyota would use a hollow sway bar. Would think waaay to much stress. To Anyone that installed one, are the factory bushings too small or fit as the stock bar did?

Should be good to go now. I've created a link in the store to order one for now, until our site provider submits the new information.

The ones I have ordered have not arrived yet, so I can't say for sure. Hopefully, it will be in a box. That's going to be hell trying to find a strong enough box somewhere to ship these things in.

    Ordered!

Hoping they ship in a box! Seems crappy to spend $$ just to have UPS throw it around.

    Thanks.

@Roman i’m looking on your website at the oil filter housings. Noticed that there’s three different types. I’m wanting to order an aluminum one. I was under the impression that they basically use the same canister for all makes it’s just the difference of plastic or aluminum. On your website it shows with or without oil cooler and with or without tow package.

Looking forward to hearing some feedback on this. Thinking upgraded front and rear TRD's could make it on the short list.

Hey guys new here and been following this thread for weeks. I ordered my swaybar and it arrived last week. Just wanted to show you how these swaybars come when ordered through TRD Sparks! They ship the bars with no packaging or protection of any kind. Their website says they get them with minor cosmetic damage from Toyota. Clearly, there was additional damaged during transit. Adding foam and then cellophane wrap around the bar would be simple and cheap. There is no need for a full box. I emailed Sparks with my concerns and never got a reply. Now I'm paying to have them stripped and refinished. Not happy about it at all. Just want to save you guys the trouble!

Another reason order through Toyota of cool springs. No offense to Sparks but @Roman has great prices and ships his parts with care. I’ve ordered through him quite a few times and have been satisfied every time.

    Damn dude! Not cool...

So, perhaps these need to be purchased locally to avoid receipt of damaged goods...? I mean, from what I've read, Sparks does a great job and I'll def be purchasing from them in the future... but, stuff like this is hard to guarantee. I mean, I guess...

That's unacceptable and ridiculous, especially for what you pay for it. While it is easy to hit them with some spray paint, that isn't the point. Thanks for the heads-up, I won't be ordering from Sparks anytime in the near future.[/QUOTE]
