It used to be one of my go to beers when I was younger and it was about quantity, not quality. ha

Now I drink $20 a bottle Stouts. Maybe I should go back to Yuengling....

New Belgium Brewery in Ft Collins crafts some fantastic Belgium style beers besides Fat Tire. CO has more craft breweries than any other state.Too many to name. Sampling local craft beers is a big thing here along with the annual Great American Beer Festival with over 800 craft breweries from all over and usually close to 4,000 different beers to "attempt" to sample. Hardest ticket to get your hands on of course!!

Ronald...If you want to attend next years CO Beer Fest you would have tickets already. Just sayin. Even locals have a hard time scoring tickets.

You need to know someone here. Kind of like trying to buy a ticket to Mars.

Not a bucket lister thing like taking down a Kodiak bear at close range with a 3" pocket knife. You can always get tickets at Stub Hub $$$$$$$.

Can over Bottle? First I'll admit there's no bad beer....per say. Thinking back to my Heineken days, well, most times it was stank, but drank it anyways, and still bought more, stank again. So then on to other beers and many more years and some where over 600 different beers. I had a beer bottle can collection each one different, and it was 500+ about 20 years ago. Had to move, it had to go. So now one of my favorite quick goto lets get a buzz beers is Heineken in a CAN. Never had a stank one. My other is Guinness in a can, or any other beer, in a can. At a bar or restaurant it has to be out the tap. Mostly I choose an IPA or Stout. I do support the beer community, and always find a new one to try out. So I will give some of the new flavored Yuengs a try...............in a CAN.............for today it's Dale's Pale Ale.

Straub is a coworker's favorite beer. I haven't tried it yet.

If I drink a beer, I drink a Yuengling. It tastes great, and my buds always look forward to having some when they come over. Always ICE cold!

My curiosity is up now. I might...might... be able to find it locally. We have some decent very large liquor/beer stores here. Who knows?? I'll give it a shot.

Yuengling is not good, IMO. It is known for being very inconsistent (this is true, I've had bottles from the same case taste much differently.) We used to drink it when we were young, thinking it was more "sophisticated" than Bud, Miller, Coors. But now that there is so much good craft beer (and mass produced) out there now, as a local, I don't think any people I know buy it. I probably haven't had a Yuengling in 5 years.
