    Yep. I’ve don’t that a little and can’t replicate it. I jumped up and down on the running board and could hear a slight squeak. Going to take the grill and panels under headlights off and have the wife drive it around our cauldasac while I listen and try to zero in on it. I’m sure the neighbors are going to love seeing that!! I’ve heard the creaking while breaking, accelerating, and turning both directions going forward and backward so it has to be flexing I just don’t understand how it was good for a week and then after a road trip of about 300 miles started this crap. Very frustrating and it sounds like I’m driving some old clunker thats falling apart!!:facepalm::frusty:

    It is a pain in the ass to get that light out but if it comes to that, I’ll do it to fix this issue. Hopefully I can fix it with some plastic washers and not have to take the thing completely off.

    Agreed I was getting some squeaking in the front end seemed like when I braked hard, turned all way, or took off fast. Torqued up over everything in the front end and it went away. Sorry couldn't tell u what it was but retightening all the bolts solved the issue. I agree with Ron, go over everything.

    It was 18x9 +25 but I got 1.75 inch spacers.

    I just wanted it flush with the fender flares. I over calculated. Probably could’ve just went 1.25inches to get flush.

    I could be wrong about it being in the manual, that's just a guess. I would think there's at least some torque specs in there, I don't have mine in front of me. U can always call toyota service to ask, although I'm guessing they just use an air gun. I have a good relationship with a auto customization type shop. I told them what i was getting and dropped the truck off with them. When i picked it up a hr or 2 later he said he went around tightening and torqued all the bolts in the front end. After that he took it for a ride and it was gone, it was and hasn't been back since. Didn't charge me either. Hope this helps at least a little. Good luck.

    I've also heard it to be a pretty common issue from our factory skids causing the squeeking. I also heard toyota came up with a fix to that issue where they will install rubber washers around the factory bolts at no charge to customers. Again, all I've heard but no 1st hand experience besides my own squeek and resolution. Just trying to help ya out. Good luck.
