That's what I was thinking about just haven't bugged you about it. I don't know how much you have tried to slow down your rebound in the rear but slowing it down may help. Also if your high speed compression to high may be packing out also and sometimes that may make it feel harsh and like it is unloading. Just my thoughts. Good luck with the tuning:thumbsup:

ive been lazy cus its hard to adjust the bypass tubes with the tire on lol also with the lack of ride height i got from my deavers my shock piston p sits right below the bypass bump zone tube ..basically at ride height i have like 4in uptravel and 10 of droop so im not really in the middle of the bypass to utilize it like i should...increasing the ride height this week with reworking the leafs then going out this weekend to mess with the tubes and makes so improvments

Oh ok I see. Yea taking the wheels off out there would get old real quick. Well hopefully some ride height will help. If you still can' get it dialed just off the tubes gonna need some different valving. You run kings correct? Maybe contact @jberry813 he is big on kings and has revalved his couple times.

i can adjust em with the wheels on, its jsut a bitch cus i can only move the wrench like 1/8in to loosen the lock nuts on the bypass adjustments lol it came with 12/10 compression stack, and i was on the bumps all the time...i had em revalved to a 18/10 stack which is very stiff, but u lose some dampening ability cus the shock is angled not straight up and down..which is why i skipped the 15/10 stack...my bump zone tube is all the way in(super stiff) so im going to try and back that out a lil and see if i can keep the ass from bouncing...also mess with the rebound to

but rebound should push the axle down not the bed up...for example if u run no rebound dampening it doesnt increase your ride height, so while my wheels should push to the ground faster it shouldnt cause as much bucking as im having in those vids..obviously rebound contributes some what to it, cus well physics but only time will tell im just excited to go mash dirt and mess with it...i actually enjoy this kind of stuff and when you finally get it right, man is it fuckin sweeeet

True on both points. But with the compression set all the way stiff you are not letting the shock do it's job it can't get into the stroke to let the valving work. Thats what i meant by packing out makes it harsh. And if rebound is to fast will make rear feel bouncy and make it unload. Will be fun out there either way. You will get it figured out.

It is a 600lb spring, not a 650. If you need a 700lb, it would be switching to an Eibach spring but I haven't had someone need to switch yet. Sorry about the delayed response as I am not on my personal account much anymore with the influx of messages through the business account.

Here is a picture of our shop Tundra that we did custom long travel air bags on. Did not hinder any ride quality nor any suspension travel. We used this to tow our shop flat bed with a can am on it. It puts my truck with stock leafs on the bumps pretty much, shop Tundra towed it with ease with 30 pounds in the bags on option #1 on the leaf pack.

Well thats pretty cool! Generally speaking I have No weight in my truck, but 5-7x a year it gets loaded down, and tows a heavy bass boat to Lake Powell so thats my only concern. Honestly Icon RXT or Deaver U748 would probably work very well for me.

I would assume so, Jamie runs a very similar set up and it sounds good to me.

I just installed a Kenwood multimedia radio today. And man... the stock speakers are actually pretty decent with the extra power from an aftermarket. I honestly think the stock radio just sends crappy signal

Got same issues here I talk to Jiff at Deaver spring that I want a custom 3” off lift with my 5.5 BDS lift and want the ride like K37 and 400-500 preloaded he said okay they have done a lot like that take about 8-10 week to made it but only 3 week later they just send me U748 with 800 preloaded over stocks! After install with TC shackles my truck sit crazy lower then front about 2” wtf. I called Deaver the next day and he said this is what you get 800lb spring u can’t get both! (Wtf what I doing wrong he not lesson what I want?) my truck ride like shit too stiff even I’m set up my ICON Piggyback cdc to soft still stiff. Maybe ICON RXT For me next.

yah youre not the only one, sounds like deaver is getting lazy and just shipping these out to anyone who wants preload...i brought mine to a local leaf spring shop and had them re arch to give me 2in more lift, took one of the flat overload leafs out and arched the other one down so it only activates if you are towing or hauling a heavy load ...what state are you in?

do you have a permanent load in the bed to go with the U748 ? I have the K37 and they ride great. Got about 1" lift with MCM shackles.

No permanent loads. I have K37 with Icon stage 4 before going to BDS lifted and love it but K37 not lift enough for my rear that’s why I have to call them to made a custom leaf spring 3”-3.5” but..make me crazy! lol
U can till not looking right with my truck even I adjusted my Coilover down to 4.5 the back still lower with TC shackles too.
