Thank you! It is a platinum grille and bulge that came in color matched blue ribbon metallic. I had the insert painted matte black and then used a rattle can on the emblem.

Mine is a 2018, so I shouldn't need the harness correct?

As I understand it, the 2018 Sport comes with black (which I bought); the 2018 1794/Platinum comes with chrome. Other 2018 models come with the same headlights as 1794/Platinum headlights from previous years that has the LED DRL single strip, but halogen bulbs (these are NOT HID; corrected per @Cuzican, thanks. Didn't think I was correct, here but couldn't remember the type). If yours has this, then yes you will need a harness. Retrofit Wholesale aka @eledobleu has a group buy going with 40% off. He can also answer any questions you have.

@ChucklesToy is mostly correct, I believe. The only thing is that I don't think the lower model 18's have HID, just the same old crappy halogen bulbs, but yes I am 99% positive you will need the same adapter harness as the 14-17 Platinum/1794 trucks if you want to run the 18 LED headlights.

Corrected..thanks. (didn't think they were HID, but couldn't remember - they are NOT projectors, just bulbs in the older 1794/Platinum OEM headlights).
If you look at the most recent pages of the Group Buy from @eledobleu that I referred to, he explains what is needed to someone else...

FYI, so you can compare, eledobleu sells a harness for the 2018 headlights, but so does iHacker. The warrantees are different (eledobleu's is 3 year, iHackers is 1 year), and there's one feature eledobleu's doesn't do that iHacker's does-- to do with dimming, if I recall. Here's the iHacker thread so you can research both options.

What kind of grille insert is that? I haven’t seen one quite like it before.

    Flux capacitor!
Lots of great looking grilles. I love having a one off grille that I designed, wired and installed myself.

That's the standard 2018 grill insert, it's what came on my SR5.
