    Welcome!

How do you know it’s the transmission?
Do you have a lift installed?
    How worn are your tires?
When is the last time you got an alignment?
Did this suddenly just start happening or did it come on slowly?

Probably either tires or the driveshaft imbalance. If you have a lift installed you might need to add a drop to the carrier bearing.
