Are running boards flex?

    Are they supposed flex or bend a little when you put your weight on them ?

    240lbs is not a lot of weight for them, make sure the bolts at the brackets are tight, if they’re not that can cause some flexing

    They are tight for sure. From what I read some flex is normal, my running boards only have 3 brackets per board. I'm thinking about getting an extra one per side
