    I'll be hanging at home that weekend, my gf's mom will be in town. It'll be a while before I'm back out on a trail, actually pulled all my suspension off my truck yesterday to get ready to sell mine.

    You don't need an adventure pass unless you stop on a trail, silly rule, but they're worth while to have. They last for 1 year and the first pass is $35 but you can by a 2nd pass for $5 if I'm not mistaken. Cheap insurance and it goes to the forrest service so it's good to have.
    My friends and I usually just split them, 20 bucks each and you get two passes (with the whole 2nd pass for 5 bucks thing).

    Haha I'm glad you're stepping up to make a run! It's a lot of work, but also a lot of fun!

    I think he's selling the suspension, but (Mike) is in the market for a new truck, you have to test drive the tundra first :devil:. I'd be down to go half on the adventure pass @Sunnier :alien:

    Cool! If I figure out that we can get into Palomar Divide, will you drive there? Search 'Warner Springs' on the 79. Or let me know if you prefer we do Northern this time, Bee Canyon? If you're in, that'll be you, me, and @nishibot - definitely enough to post a new thread and move forward. :curls:

    I used "phone a friend" and determined Palomar Divide is closed. So, unless someone makes a different suggestion, I'll post up a thread for Bee Canyon to Pine Cove.

    Yes and yes. I mean to write up a review, then edit after our next outing to say how many tires we air up :muscleflexing:.

    But, the short version is: I'm happy with it. It's small;
    easily reaches all my tires, and would reach both same-side tires of another Tundra parked next to mine on either side;
    the connection to the cig adapter plug is tight and convenient (I very much prefer it to alligator clips to the battery-- remember how dark it was last time we aired up?!);
    and it's one button operation.

    The only draw-back I can come up with is, it gets damned :bananadead: hot. So no stowing it away in its carry-bag under the seat immediately after. I think I put it away 10-15 minutes after shut off. So, in real life (not my driveway), that'll mean chucking it into the bed of the truck for the trip home.

    This is the one I got:

    2001 4 Runner 4x4 TRD Sport with a locker that locks all 4 wheels. Black paint still looks great except (I like this!) a few minor pin-stripes at each corner so I don't have to be the first. No mods yet, and few planned soon except for floor mats, seat covers, and sliders and armor underneath. Main mod money still designated for the BFT.

    @eccracer104 Mike, you ever run Jawbone to Lake Isabella in the winter? Thinking about running it backwards to get to Last Chance Canyon. Just wondering if there's any snow up there at this time of the year. Want to make sure the trail is open. Looks like it has a high elevation of about 8200ft.

    I talked to a buddy of mine that lives up in ridge crest. They said anything up on the sierras get snow and anything on the mojave side rarely gets snow.
