I finally installed my new TRD Pro grill and hood bulge, Ive had it in the garage for over almost 2 months and i guess I should have checked it for damages then, though it's to late to ask for return and Im not that upset over it!

I noticed a crack that is unseen when hoods closed but about 2"s goes beyond that! It's sturdy though now but I don't want the crack to creep any more! I want to know the best way to seal this crack and what product may work best! iHacker mentioned JB Weld for plastic bring the grill is all plastic!
I am thinking maybe take grill off and I don't know if a mesh can be used and patch it from rear and and some type of epoxy or JB weld and brush it over the mesh!

Any help and advice thanks, just looking for a top notch product's for the fix!

here's a couple pics, the crack is at the front drivers side top portion where the plastic plug goes in!

I think I would just use JB Weld for plastic and call it a day...

i would use some super glue ultra control gel, it is great for plastics and perfect for flexible parts.
that is all i use for a lot of things, including attaching the rubber vanes to my carbon arrows. they never come off unless i shoot groups so tight it knocks them off.

I thought I was the only one. I found my crack only 3 weeks after delivery so return was granted. My crack was in the same place too. Must be a weak point. Good luck.
