I am having a few issues, I do not think they are lasted but I will mention both below.

First issue is my truck idles rough, when in Drive at a stop. This only happens occasionally though, but it only idles rough when at 500RPM. If it is at 700 RPM, then it has no issues. It has no issues if it is at 500RPM in Neutral. Also, there is a metal on metal squeek/sqeel when it is idling rough. I am stumped at this, otherwise the truck idles great and runs great. I am not sure what might cause this, especially the squeel only at 500 RPM while idling rough in Drive. It seems to have started this within the past 2 weeks, the only things that have changed were, I installed a new battery, same specs as last one, and I have been driving it like a bat out of hell lately (frequent redline accelerations...)

My other tertiary issue the windshield washer fluid barely spray out of the nozzles, it might spray 4 inches and only when it is 50 degrees or more outside. I suspect that the pump is going out or there is something blocking it from entering the pump. Or that new fluid could have gelled up in there, it looks kinda nasty.

I read that I need to do a throttle reset, to fix the rough idle issue, the instructions for that are here: http://www.tundratalk.net/forums/tu...7857-rough-idle-after-battery-disconnect.html

    Any Opinions?

Idle air control valve dirty possibly? I might go ahead and clean the throttle body and this valve then disconnect/reconnect the battery again.

For your windshield squirter’s they may just be blocked with corrosion or calcium buildup at the nozzle. On previous vehicles I’ve used either a needle or this1D8C914D-BFDE-45A8-A711-364CB0541724.jpg
Just be careful not to ruin the nozzle as it could affect the spray pattern. Be gentle

Yes, disconnecting the negative, waiting a minute or so, then reconnecting will reset the computers which automatically control idle (among everything else.) When people move to Colorado from lower elevations (which is everywhere) and have idling issues, that's the first thing any good mechanic will do. I had the same issue with a Subaru and it fixed it.

It has 155,000 Miles on it. I have never cleaned the throttle body since I have had it (124,000 Miles). I think I am going to go ahead and clean the entire intake/throttle body, including the MAF, then unplug the battery and plug it back in.

As for the windshield washer issues, I am going to drain all of that old fluid out, and remove the pump, then clean it out, I will also check to see if there is buildup, on the nozzles. I will also check the lines for debris/cuts or pinches.

Well I fixed my issues, it seems there were multiple small issues compounded, that made it seem like a single issue, which was of greater severity.

The windshield washer fluid barely spraying was caused by a hose being pinched by the hood being closed, a quick re-route of the hose fixed this.

The rough idle in drive, with the squeeking noise was a combination of:
    A broken aftermarket tailpipe/mount.
    A heavily clogged air filter.
    A slightly dirty MAF/throttle body.

I proceeded to use some JBWELD "Hard as Steel Epoxy" to fix the hole in the side of the tailpipe (this was causing the squeeking).
The rough idle was likely caused by the dirty air filter which I replaced. I then bought the 2 pack of CRC throttle body cleaner, and Mass Air flow sensor cleaner. I cleaned the throttle body and MAF with the appropriate spray. I ran a can of Seafoam through the gas tank.

    Woolah!

No more issues, it now idles at 700 RPM and no lower. No missing at 600 RPM, it will not idle down to 500RPM, so I am not sure about that.
