Hey All - Dealership scuffed up my door panel and won't fix it. Could you give me some idea of how I might fix it? Give me some pointers on what to research. Thanks!

I don’t think there’s much you can do to repair that properly. The dealer replaced one of my door panels because it was scuffed when I bought it. Also the tops of my door panels got lightly scratched from the tint guys. I was bummed about it and tried to fix it but no success. The guys gave me a really good deal and are a family owned shop. I figured I could live with it. Didn’t want to make them pay for new door panels as that would’ve costed more than the tint job itself. I think you should insist the dealer replaces that panel.

Thanks @15whtrd I'm kinda glad to know it's a hard fix, because, quite frankly, I'm more worried about fucking up the job than keeping it as-is. I'm going to try to put the screws on the dealer.

OK I’ll be honest here I scuffed my driver side rear door panel. I started rubbing on it and ended up taking some of the black color off down to that white base. The dealer was nice enough to swap it for me and looked the other way. Do not scrub your panels too hard LOL.

As a preventative I keep them coated with 303 aerospace protectant. I feel that it helps reduce the easiness of scratching. Either that or wax addict.
