I'll be wiring up a Blue Sea block shortly to handle power for CB, HAM and a few other things. So, thought I'd share these as they've been pretty helpful in some of my planning.

I'm going to upgrade my interior lights to LED and after having read several threads about the LED installation, it appears that a blown 7.5 Amp fuse is not uncommon. In preparation for the possible problem and to prepare for other possible problems, I'm going to get a set of spare fuses.

The chart above indicates that for 12 - 16 ga wire / 1 - 30 Amp fuses are the ATO or ATC type fuses. Does anyone know if a spare set of ATC fuses are the correct replacement type for the OEM fuses on the 2018 Tundra?

The lower right hand corner of the chart also seems to indicate that ATM 5 - 30 Amp fuses are also an option. Does this mean that they would also serve as a replacement for a blown OEM fuse?

Appreciate any info on this. Thanks

Thanks. I can usually find just about any info searching the net but having a tough time with this. I was thinking that I might end up having to open the box and look. Didn't want to have to pull fuses - didn't know that spares are included.

I guess I'll have to look at the fuse and then go to the auto parts store / Walmart to find a match since I still won't know the exact type of fuse I have just by looking at it. So far it's looking like it's going to be a mini compact type fuse.

    Thanks again.

Thanks again. I think that you're right about the low profile mini being correct and the picture that you posted should help me ID the correct type fuse by name so that I can order some.

For wiring beginners out there like myself, one thing to note on the wire gauge / amperage chart above, which I learned while wiring all of my LED bars: those wire gauges are for PURE COPPER, not CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum). CCA cannot handle the amperage that pure copper does...
