Mrs Patriot made a great batch of whole wheat pizza dough. Cold winter nights are great for homemade pizza’s.

    Whole wheat dough
Rolled out and tossed into a decent round pizza shape, lay in rounded pan
Paint the dough with melted butter and garlic
Spread a liberal amount of marinara sauce, we like a saucy pizza
Light sprinkling of diced jalapeño on sauce
Next add shredded mozzarella medium topping
Add a medium topping of diced sun dried tomatoes, the kind soaked in olive oil
Now add pepperoni, we use turkey pepperoni, less grease, I guess. lol..
Add some honey goat cheese, it a perfect to offset the heat of the peppers, trust me.
Added baby spinach for some greenery..lol
Finally add shredded parmesan, sprinkle a light coating.
Remember you eat with your eyes first.

Bake at 350d for 30-35 min.
    Enjoy!

350d 30-35 min, browning the pie crust.

Give it a few min to settle and then slice..
